The 2001 gainsuperhit movie, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha is all set to hit the theatres again next month. Both the leading actors, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel shared the news of Gadar’s re-release from their Instagram handle.
Sunny Deol has shared the trailer of the movie with slight modifications. Sunny shared the post with a caption which read, “22 saal baad Tara Singh aur Sakina ki prem katha phirse aa gayi hai aap sabke dilon mein apni jagah banane. #Gadar Trailor out now! Movie returns to the big screens on 9th June for a limited time in 4Kk and Dilby atoms”

Other than Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel the movie has a bunch of talented star cast which includes Amrish Puri, Om Puri, Utkash Sharma, Vivek Shauq, Lillete Dubey, Mushtaq Khan, Suresh Oberoi, Rakesh Bedi, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Tony Mirrcandani and others.
The movie’s story is set on the backdrop of partition where a married couple is tried to separated for religious and geographical boundaries.
Gadar 2 is all set to hit the theatres this year on 11th August and ahead of the release of the sequel the makers have decided to release the original Gadar may be because they wanted to raise the spark among the audience.
